Ordering and Delivery FAQ
Due to concerns around maintaining the flow of business and practicing social distancing we ask that you please note that the browsing and purchasing of products is available on our website only, we do not have a physical store, showroom or payment facilities at our factory.
All our body care and homeware products are proudly made with love and care, so please allow up to 2 – 10 working days. Important to note is we only start with your order once we’ve received payment, so the sooner we get that out of the way, the sooner we can start creating your JE Living products.
All our price’s exclude VAT and Transport. Unfortunately we don’t accept any cash deposits.
When you register, please give us your physical address within South Africa, we regretably don’t send to PO Boxes.
We like to make paying as easy as possible for you, using EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) after which you can send us your proof of payment to info@jeliving.co.za
